By registering for these services, you agree to Podia's terms and conditions regarding account management.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during registration and for keeping your account information updated. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs on your account and for keeping your account password secure. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security.
If you wish to unsubscribe from our mailing lists, you may do so by following the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our emails or by contacting us directly via email. For any account-related data inquiries or deletions managed by our platforms (Podia/Scoreapp), please refer to their respective privacy policies and terms.
5. Digital Products, Paid Services & Billing
A. Paid Services: Certain of our services and products are subject to payment ("Paid Services"). Please refer to the pricing details presented on our website for a description of the current Paid Services. Any payment terms presented to you during the process of using or signing up for a Paid Service are deemed part of these Terms.
B. Billing: We use third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) ("Payment Processors") to bill you for the use of Paid Services. The processing of payments will be subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of the Payment Processors in addition to these Terms. We are not responsible for any errors made by the Payment Processors. By choosing to use Paid Services, you agree to pay us, through the Payment Processor, all charges at the prices then in effect for any use of such Paid Services in accordance with the applicable payment terms. You authorize us, through the Payment Processor, to charge your chosen payment provider ("Payment Method"). You agree to make payment using that selected Payment Method. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes made, even if payment has already been requested or received.
C. Payment Method: The terms of your payment will be based on your Payment Method and may be determined by agreements between you and your financial institution, credit card issuer, or other provider of your chosen Payment Method. If we, through the Payment Processor, do not receive payment from you, you agree to pay all amounts due on your billing account upon demand.
D. Recurring Billing and Auto-Renewal: Some Paid Services may consist of recurring period charges. By choosing a recurring payment plan or subscription, you acknowledge that such Services have an initial and recurring payment feature, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation. We may submit periodic charges (e.g., monthly) without further authorization from you until you provide prior notice (receipt of which is confirmed by us) that you have terminated this authorization or wish to change your Payment Method. Such notice will not affect charges submitted before we reasonably could act. Unless you opt out of auto-renewal, any subscription-based Services you have signed up for will be automatically extended for successive renewal periods of the same duration as the subscription term originally selected, at the then-current non-promotional rate.
E. Current Information Required: YOU MUST PROVIDE CURRENT, COMPLETE, AND ACCURATE INFORMATION FOR YOUR BILLING ACCOUNT. YOU MUST PROMPTLY UPDATE ALL INFORMATION TO KEEP YOUR BILLING ACCOUNT CURRENT, COMPLETE, AND ACCURATE (SUCH AS A CHANGE IN BILLING ADDRESS, CREDIT CARD NUMBER, OR CREDIT CARD EXPIRATION DATE), AND YOU MUST PROMPTLY NOTIFY US OR OUR PAYMENT PROCESSOR IF YOUR PAYMENT METHOD IS CANCELED (E.G., FOR LOSS OR THEFT) OR IF YOU BECOME AWARE OF A POTENTIAL BREACH OF SECURITY, SUCH AS THE UNAUTHORIZED DISCLOSURE OR USE OF YOUR USER NAME OR PASSWORD. If you fail to provide any of the foregoing information, you agree that we may continue charging you for any use of Paid Services under your billing account unless you have terminated your Paid Services as set forth above.
F. Refunds: Due to the nature of digital content and access to live events, all sales are generally final and non-refundable. However, an exception will be made if we cancel a live event (such as a webinar, coaching call, or workshop) and you are unable to attend on any newly scheduled date. This limitation of liability applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if Equipped Soulutions has been advised of the possibility of such damage. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
